Since High School; I had attended and graduated from the Coastal School of Deep Sea Diving and Laney College learning the welding & fabrication trade. After years of apprenticeship and working, I got my Contractor’s License in the early ‘70’s. This opened the door to growing my business. Victor Arbogast Co. (my middle name) did high tech projects; artistic projects and construction projects. My clients ranged from Raychem, National Nuclear, Lockheed, Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, Golden Nugget & Playboy Hotel Atlantic City; Bill Graham Presents; to sculptures at the the US Embassy in Oman, the Huntington Museum to various collections of the late Louise Davies, Kaiser Redwood City, and others.
Right now I am battling Parkinson’ Disease.

My condolences go out to Bill's family and friends. We played on the same Little League team, Charleston Center, along with Donnie and Dale Miller, Dick Hodge and Billy Overton. Bill was a great hitter and catcher and would send the ball out of the park with a home run blast from time to time. He will be missed. He was a good man and I feel fortunate to have known him through school and sports. Rest in Peace.
